This cleaning rod guide is manufactured specifically for the Schmidt-Rubin K31 rifles. Rubber o-ring seals the chamber with a solvent port to make cleaning easy. Built to last a lifetime. Most of the K-31,s I have seen have prisine bores. Yours  probably does also. Protect that bore as best you can with a quality bore guide.
